How to publish a property
How do I create my first listing?
Sign in, click 'Publish for free' and complete the 4-step wizard: location, features, photos, price.
Do I need a paid account to publish?
You can list 1 property for free. For more listings or featured spots see our plans.
Which photos should I upload?
We recommend at least 5 horizontal, well-lit photos of each main space.
Search and favorites
How do I save searches?
Apply your filters and click 'Save search'. We'll alert you when new matches appear.
Can I draw an area on the map?
Yes. On /mapa use the polygon tool to define the exact area.
Plans and subscriptions
What does each plan include?
Starter ($19), Pro ($49) and Agency ($149) — see the plans page for details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your panel at /cuenta you can cancel anytime. You keep access until the paid period ends.
Are there refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days for all plans.
Account and privacy
How do I reset my access?
We use one-time codes via email — request a new one at /auth/sign-in.
How do I delete my account?
From 'Preferences' in your account. We delete all personal data within 30 days.
